In this step you define price groups for numbers of pages ranges.

Price groups allow you to determine prices for ad inserts during pricing according to the defined ranges.

Example

You define price group 1 for ad inserts with 1 to 5 pages and price group 2 for ad inserts with 6 to 10 pages. You should then define the following condition records in the Customizing settings for pricing:

  • Inserts in price group 1 in the Local North booking unit: 55 Euros for 1000 copies.
  • Inserts in price group 2 in the Local North booking unit: 65 Euros for 1000 copies.

Activities

  1. Check which price groups you require.
  2. Create these price groups as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key with a maximum of four characters.
    2. Enter the range for the number of pages.
