In this step you define default settings that can be used to create a voucher shipping order that is generated automatically in the sales system.
You should specify the order data required to create the respective internal order for voucher shipping in IS-M/SD once an ad order with voucher copy recipients that have been assigned accordingly is changed or created. You define this for each sales organization in IS-M/AM, publication, business partner (and optionally for each voucher type).
If you want to be able to determine the order data in greater detail, you can use the voucher type as an additional influence parameter.
When the system interprets the data, it first attempts to determine the order data using the respective voucher type. If no entry has been made here, the system then attempts to determine the order data using voucher type ' ' in a second step.
