In this step you define page/column formats.

The page/column format describes the page format, number of columns, column width and column distance. An example of a page/column format is Tabloid format, six columns.

You specify the page/column format when creating booking units for ads. When entering ad orders, you require the page/column format to calculate the price and size of the ad.

Activities

  1. Check which page/column formats you require.
  2. To create these page/column formats, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to four characters for each page/column format.
    2. Enter a short and long text.
      3. The system offers you the short text for selection in the possible entries function (F4).
    3. Enter the dimensions of the page/column format on the detail screen.
