You record the short text for the grid spacing for the possible entries function (F4), together with a long text, under a key. You specify the key for the grid spacing on the ad spec detail screen. This information is transferred to the technical system.

Activities

  1. Establish which grid spacings you want to distinguish and those which can be distinguished by the technical system.
  2. To create these grid spacings, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to two characters for each grid spacing
    2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4).
    3. Enter the long text.
