Activities

  1. Establish which copying variants you require.
  2. To create these copying variants, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter a four-character alphanumeric key for each copying variant.
    2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4).
    3. Specify which sections of the existing item should be copied into the new item.
    4. The Block for copying with template, Block for copying with template repetition and Block for copying with reference indicators can be used to control the copying functions for which copying variants are to be used.
