In this step you assign texts for address, letter header, footer lines and the greeting text according to the following criteria:

This allows you to ensure that, depending on the sales organization, these texts appear in certain positions (e.g. header line, footer line) in the display document when output is displayed.

You can make your assignments by making the following settings for each sales organization, sales office or shipping point:

  • Address text

    Standard text key which contains the address of the sender.

  • Footer lines text

    Standard text key which contains the footer lines.

  • Letter header text

    Standard text key which contains the letter header

  • Greeting text

    Standard text key which contains the greeting text.

Prerequisite

You must define the standard texts that you wish to assign first. The texts to be assigned should have the text ID "SDVD" so that they can be printed as fixed elements of the form.

You should also have defined the sales organizations, sales offices and shipping points for which an assignment is to be made.

Activities

  1. Assign the texts for each sales organization.
