In this step you maintain the color types.

You record the short text for the color for the possible entries function (F4), together with a long text, under a key. You can enter the key for the colors on the ad spec detail screen. This information is transferred to the technical system.

Activities

  1. Establish which colors you want to distinguish and those that can be distinguished by your technical system.
  2. To create the colors required, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to four characters for each color.
    2. Enter the short text for the possible entries function (F4)
    3. Enter the long text.
    4. Assign a color type to each color.
