In this step you define the condition types that are to be copied from the template document without being changed.
The system copies all condition types from the template document to the target document as standard. The condition value in the template document is used as the condition basis for the condition type in the target document. This condition type is usually defined as a percentage.
The system copies condition types that you enter here into the target document in their original form and retains any control attributes that you have recorded.
Example
If you have defined administrative costs as a statistical condition type in the order pricing procedure, you can transfer these to revenue distribution during publisher settlement. You can deselect the statistics indicator here so that these costs can be charged to an external publisher.
Further notes
If you are using the new revenue distribution procedure, the system only copies the condition amount from the template document for the condition types entered here. It determines a new condition basis and value.
Example
70% of the price but 50% of the color surcharge for an ad is assigned to a revenue object. The contract discount of 5% is to be granted to these shares. Therefore, you cannot copy 70% or 50% of the discount value from the template document to this revenue object (e.g 5% of 1200 = 60). Instead, the system has to calculate 5% of 800 = 40 here.

The system copies the value from the template document as a basis and the amount from the revenue distribution condition record during revenue distribution for the price and color surcharge. The basis is calculated as a subtotal of existing values (800 = 700 + 100) and the amount from the template document is copied for the contract discount.
Further notes
You can reduce the amount of maintenance necessary by leaving the application and/or pricing procedure blank. The copying rule will then apply to all applications or pricing procedures.
