In this step you define booking unit groups for the conversion of content components.

You can create groups of booking units to which the same content components for conversion have been assigned.

Creating booking unit groups means that you do not have to access each booking unit individually when creating the conversion table. You maintain the conversion table when you create the product master data in the Booking component.

You specify the key for the booking unit group when you create or change ad and online booking units in the BU grp content field.

Activities

  1. Check which groupings you require.
  2. To create these groupings, please proceed as follows:
    1. Enter an alphanumeric key of up to four characters for each grouping.
    2. Enter a short and long text.
      3. The system offers you the short text for selection in the possible entries function (F4).
