In this step, you define the possible customer groups. These can be used in pricing and statistics.

A customer is assigned to a customer group either in the customer master record for the sold-to party or in the sales document.

You can define individual price determination records for each customer group. The customer group can be used as a selection criterion when creating sales statistics.

  1. Specify an alphanumeric key of up to 2 characters.
  2. Enter the text required.
