In this step, you can assign the business transactions to an update group at the level of the delivery-order assignment.

To do this, you use the statistics groups you have defined and assigned, as well as the relevant sales areas.

These settings affect the following updates:

  • Key figures that are updated at the level of the delivery-order assignment
    The statistics groups for the delivered edition, the sold-to party, and the order and item type are used to define an update group that determines the further update.

Caution

If a sales area is not to affect the statistics update, you can specify a generic sales area as of release 3.04 by not making entries for the sales organization, distribution channel and the division and leaving the fields initial.

Requirements

Standard settings

The standard system contains settings for the sales area "0001/01/01".

Activities

Assign each statistics group and sales area to an update group.
