In the standard analyses, you can select data at a certain point in time and save it under a version name. The selection versions that are created in this way can then be called up at any time for later analyses.
You can find a detailed description of the various techniques for creating a selection version in the documentation on the Logistics Information system in the R/3 Library under "Logistics General".
In this IMG activity, you can delete data from a standard analysis that you had saved as a selection version and no longer need. This causes not only the selected data to be deleted, but also the definition of the selection version.
Activities
- Define the selection criterion for deleting.
- Mark the selection version tat you wish to delete.
- Start the deletion program.
