In this step, you assign the existing address print formats to the role-specific forms.
The form and business partner role represent the sales-related environment for which a print format is intended.
Example
When an invoice (form ISP_INVOICE01) is printed for a ship-to party (business partner role WE), the invoice address is to be displayed in 4 lines containing a maximum of 50 characters per line (print format 4_50_NAST).
Requirements
The required print formats must be defined.
Standard settings
The standard system already contains common assignments between business partner roles, forms and address print formats.
Activities
- Determine which combinations of business partner roles and forms are required in your company and make the appropriate assignments.
- Assign the appropriate address print format to each combination of role and form.
Further notes
The print preview in address management only displays the forms that have an assignment in this table.
