You make the settings for external issue management in this step.
You can control how the system is to respond to affected M/SD and M/AM orders in external issue transfer by defining order change types. You must assign an order change type for each function in external issue management.
An order change type controls
- how M/SD orders are modified when issues are deleted and moved
- whether or not a characteristic is to be set in the item for each item category in a M/AM order that is added, deleted or moved.
- whether or not M/AM orders are adjusted when issues are moved for M/AM orders.
If the M/AM orders are adjusted, the item characteristic is not set.
You can specify here for both M/SD and M/AM orders whether a Workflow is to be triggered for an order item affected by a change.
