In this step, you make the following settings for each publication for which you want to transfer orders into the production system:
Controls for order transfer: the indicator 'Data transfer active' must be selected for transferring data from the legacy system into the new production system. The indicator is not selected for imports during productive operations.
Date of going live: the orders for a publication are complete and productive in IS-M as of this date.
Date from which delivery viability sets are determined for orders during the legacy data transfer into IS-M.
Activities
Select the Data tfer act. indicator for each publication for which legacy orders are to be transferred to the production system.
When all data on legacy orders for a publication has been imported into IS-M, enter the date of going live.
Enter the date from which delivery viability sets are to be determined for orders during legacy data transfer for each publication.
