In this step, you maintain the parameters for communication between the components FI and IS-M.
RFC Destination If the IS-M and FI components are installed on two separate SAP systems, you must specify the RFC destination. This must be a destination of the type ABAP connection and already be maintained as a remote connection (table RFCDES).
Functions for IS-M/SD renewal subscriptions The 'Block' indicator is only relevant for mass renewal of IS-M/SD-relevant documents. Each FI renewal document with an IS-M/SD-relevant assignment number is transferred to IS-M/SD and processed there. If the 'Block' indicator is selected, the FI renewal document(s) are not transferred to IS-M/SD and are therefore also not processed in IS-M/SD. Caution: If the block is active, renewals are not reversed in IS-M/SD. You should only activate the block in exceptional cases.
Activities
Specify the desired RFC destination for the IS-M component if applicable.
Further notes
The RFC user recorded in the RFC destination must have all the authorizations required in order to carry out the desired activities in the relevant IS-M system.
