In this step, you set up business partner control after migration.
Once migration has been performed successfully, the migration settings for controlling business partner maintenance are reset and the SAP Business Partner is activated. After this point, maintenance is only possible using the new transactions.
The number range intervals for the SAP Business Partner are adjusted according to the number range intervals in IS-M.
Requirements
All the business partner master records should have been migrated successfully.
If the business partners were migrated in several blocks in parallel processing, the migration tool cannot determine precisely whether or not all the master records were migrated successfully. The status in the migration tool depends on the migration run last completed. For this reason, you must ensure manually that all the business partners have been migrated successfully. Do this using the migration overview.
