Here, you assign the Customizing entries you made in the previous Customizing activity to the corresponding settings for the SAP Business Partner. You will already have made these settings for the SAP Business Partner under Cross-Application Components -> SAP Business Partner.

Example

You defined the form of address Mr. with the key 01 in the previous step and with the key 0001 in the SAP Business Partner. In this step, you would then enter the assignment of form-of-address key 0001 to form-of-address key 01.

For ease of use, it is advisable to assign the same keys in both areas as far as possible. For example, you can define 01 as the form-of-address key for Mr. in the SAP Business Partner.

Further notes

If you use the migration tool, the forms of address defined in IS-M are copied to the Customizing settings for the SAP Business Partner and the corresponding assignments are created.
