Use

In this step, you can create hierarchies of customer groups for insert planning if you have marked them as basic customer groups.

Interactive insert planning only allows you to assign retailers to the basic customer groups.

Activities

Create an entry for each assignment of a customer group to the customer group hierarchy. When doing this, please note that the lower level customer group is not a basic customer group for insert planning.

Enter the higher level customer group on the left and the lower level customer group on the right.
