Use

In this step, you maintain the assignment of wage types in HR to the corresponding condition types (price determination schemas) for billing.

This assignment is required if billing documents are to be transferred to the Human Resources component.

You make the assignment for each company code. You assign a wage type from HR to each condition type (price determination schema). You also specify the time constraint for reversing billing in each case.

Note: The system only transfers billing conditions that have been assigned appropriately.

Requirements

The condition types for billing must be defined (see Pricing in Order Processing/Billing).

Activities

Create the assignments between wage types (HR) and condition types as follows:

  1. Enter the key of the condition type for order processing/billing.
  2. If the assignment is to apply to all publications or editions, enter a "*" in the 'Publication' and 'Edition' columns. If this is not to be the case, restrict the assignment by specifying the relevant key.
  3. Enter the key of the wage type from the Human Resources component.
  4. Enter the key of the time constraint for billing reversal.
