In this step, you convert media contact persons manually or define them as not relevant to conversion.
Selection by business partners, media contact persons and conversion status is possible here.
The program displays the business partner, media contact person, associated reference contact person (if available) and conversion status for every data record selected.
A media contact person who has not been converted automatically can be converted manually by setting the Converted manually status and assigning a reference contact person. When orders and contracts are converted, the system replaces the media contact person with the reference contact person in all documents to which the media contact person has been assigned.
You can also exclude a media contact person from conversion by setting the Is not converted status. The system then ignores this media contact person during subsequent conversion runs and removes them from the relevant documents when the orders and contracts are converted.
You can display logs from conversion runs that were not performed in the test run. Select the media contact person required and use the Log button to display the log. The system displays all logs found in the database for selected media contact persons. If no logs exist, because they have been deleted or no conversion run has been performed for the selected media contact persons during active processing, the system displays a message to this effect.
Further notes
Orders and contracts cannot be converted until all media contact persons have the Converted automatically, Converted manually or Is not converted conversion status. You should therefore set the Is not converted conversion status for all remaining media contact persons that you no longer require once you have performed the final conversion run.
