In this step you maintain the correction reasons for the sales agent assignment. By specifying a correction reason, you can correct sales agent assignments in the order for which settlement has already been performed. This function is used if the relevant sales agent settlement documents are not to be cancelled, but sales agent payments are still to be corrected.

The correction reason controls:

• Whether the sales agent assignment to be corrected is to beCancel corrected sales agent assignment indicator),
• Whether a new (correction) assignment is to be generated during correction (Create correction sales agent assignment indicator),
• How the correction assignment is to be generated (see Copying rules).

Example

1. The system only cancels the corrected assignment and does not generate a correction assignment.
2. The correction assignment generated has a reversed basic share. The system cancels the assignment that has been corrected.
3. Cancellation with correction assignment. All fields are copied 1:1 (for subsequent processing).
