Notes on Processing Entries:
You must check entries that have the function code 3 (close record and transfer if applicable). If you close a street, the addresses linked to it are then processed by program J_1SUPLZ and by the postal change service.
If you do not want an entry to be processed, you must initialize the user code field. These entries must be deleted manually once program J_1SUSTR has run.
If you want to transfer a record with user code 3, you must enter the transfer data in the city number and street number fields. The transfer data (city number and street number) must exist in the SAP dataset.
Entries with the function code 5 (changed street house number range) must be processed manually. You must check whether the overlapping SAP house number range can be transferred to the new PTT street without any addresses being lost.
