Use
In this step, you define the material statuses for media issues and the characteristics of the individual material statuses.
The material status restricts the usability of the media issue; that is to say, it determines whether a warning or an error message is displayed when the media issue is used in a specific function.
Especially for use in Media Product Sales, you can specify the locking procedure to be used by the system (warning or error) in the definition of material statuses for media issues for the following functions:
- Maintenance of purchase order quantity records
- Purchase order generation
Activities
- Define the material statuses.
- Define the characteristics of the individual material statuses on the details screen. To do this, position the cursor on the relevant line and press F2. The system displays the details screen for the line.
