In this IMG activity you can create profiles for toolbars and in doing so define the interface status that you are using for your call center settings.

In this IMG activity, you can also use an interface status that you have defined in the Customizing settings for Customer Service. This is not the case for the Define Toolbars and GUI Status IMG activity. You can assign functions to function keys in an interface status that you have defined, without having to define an action box call for the function call.

If you want to use an interface status that you have defined yourself, copy an interface status from the function group SAPLEE_CIC_TOOLBAR or SAPEECICTOOLBAR_ISM to the function group SAPLXEECICTOOLBAR.

You can modify the interface status that you have copied in this customer enhancement function group.

You can use the PFS8200 or the PFS8200_T interface status from the function group SAPLEECICTOOLBAR_ISM as an example. These contain functions that can be used to modify the size of the application area and the docking control, in which the editor used to design classified ads is incorporated. The toolbar profiles TB_STD_AMC and TB_STD_AMC_T have been created in the reference clients for both of these interface statuses.

Further notes

You assign the profile defined here to the TBAR2_PROF profile type in the Maintain CIC Profiles activity.

You assign the CIC_TOOLBAR2 component to the framework in the Assignment of Hidden Components to Framework IDs activity. If you have assigned the CIC_TOOLBAR2 component to the framework, you should no longer use the CIC_TOOLBAR component.
