In this activity, you can set defaults in the selection dialog (search function) for the contact history in the navigation area of the Customer Interaction Center (CIC).
When you create a new entry, maintain the profile name and an explanatory text. If you want to permit change to the name of the creator, select the field "Change creator". In the field "Maximum number of contacts", you can specify the maximum number of contacts to be selected according to the specified criteria. In the fields "Number of days from date", "Number of hours from time", and "Number of minutes from time", you can restrict the selection of the last contacts backwards from the current date and time.
Example
Class: 1, Activity: 2, Number of hours from time: 3. All activity 2 contacts for class 1 in the last 3 hours for the person logged on are displayed.
Requirements
For performance reasons, you should enter simple selection criteria and keep the number of hits to a minimum.
