  • ISU_CIC_ENV BAdI

    Use / function: Enhancement to the CIC data environments in the navigation area.

    This includes the following methods:

    • ADD_CHILDREN (Insert lower-level nodes)
  • ISM_CIC_BP_SEARCH BAdI

    Use / function: Individual business partner search. This may be performed using external software, individual algorithms etc. This BAdI replaces the existing customer enhancement JYCIC004.

    It includes the following methods:

    • BUSINESS_PARTNER_SEARCH (Detail search for BPs (extra button)
    • PRELIMINARY_BUSINESS_PRTN_SRCH (Advance search for BPs (pre-configured standard search).
    • BP_SEARCH_WITH_DOCNR (BP search using your own document types)
    • DOCUMENT_TYPES_MODIFY (Change possible document types for your own search)
    • FILTER_SEARCH_RESULT (Filter the search result)
    • HITLIST_PREPARE_FOR_WORKSPACE (Enhance and prepare the hit list for the workspace)
  • ISM_BP_SEARCH BAdI

    Use / function: BP selection dialog box in the CIC with individual functions

    This includes the following methods:

    • STATUS_ACTIVATE Activate interface status
    • FCODE_EXECUTE Execute function code
  • ISM_BP_CREATE BAdI

    Use / function: Make adjustments to the fast input screen for the business partner in the Customer Interaction Center.

    This includes the following methods:

    • DIALOG_PREPARE (Prepare subscreen name, address and communication data)
