In this step you define the valuation rules specific to IS-HT-MES SPC functions.

The valuation rules to be defined are:

  • 80 Valuation According to Action Control Limits (this replaces standard valuation rule 80)
  • 90 Valuation According to P-Chart
  • 91 Valuation According to U-chart or C-chart
  • 94 Attributive Percentage of Non-Conformities

Requirements

The valuation rules should be set up prior to the Valuation Modes.

Standard settings

Define the valuation rules as follows:

  • Rule 80
    • Short Text = Valuation acc. to action control limits
    • Definition = Quality Ctrl Chart: action limits
    • Name of module = /sapht/spc_valuation
  • Rule 90
    • Short Text = Valuation acc. to P-Chart
    • Definition = Attributive Inspection by no. of nonconf. units
    • Name of module = /sapht/spc_valuation
  • Rule 91
    • Short Text = Valuation acc. to U-Chart or C-Chart
    • Definition = Attributive Inspection by no. of defects
    • Name of module = /sapht/spc_valuation
  • Rule 94
    • Short Text = Attributive percentage of nonconf units
    • Definition = Attributive Inspection by no. of non-conf. units
    • Name of module = /sapht/sap_pct_nonconform_unit

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Delete existing valuation rule 80.
  2. Create valuation rules 80, 90, 91 and 94.
  3. Save your entries.
