In this step you define order type parameters required for the IS-HT-MES Process Order Split functionality. For order type PI01 (Process Order internal number assignment) you will:

  • Set the scrap flag and status change documents for the plant/order type combination.
  • Set the number range interval for the status profile/order type combination.

Requirements

Order type PI01 (Process Order internal number assignment) must be assigned in each relevant client.

Standard settings

Settings for Scrap/Status Change Documents

  • Select Scrap
  • Status Change Documents:
    • HeaderStatusChngeDoc
    • OperStatusChangeDoc
    • MatStatusChangeDocmt
    • PRT StatusChangeDoc

Settings for Number Range Interval:

  • Status Profile - PI000001
  • Number Range Group - PI01.

Activities

To set the scrap flag and status documents:

Select Set Scrap Flag and Status Change Documentation

  1. Select the relevant plant and OrdCat PI01. Select Details.
  2. On the Plng tab, select Scrap.
  3. On the Implementation tab, select all of the checkboxes under Status Change Documents.
  4. Save.

To set the number range interval:

  1. Select PI01 then select Details.
  2. Enter the Status Profile.
  3. Select the Number Range Group.
  4. Save.
