Use

When you create an entry in an outpatient clinic folder (outpatient note), the system makes default entries in the following fields on the Header Data tab page:

Reference Level

You can control the reference level using the OU parameter N2OPD_BEZ:

  • B     Movement-related (standard)

    If the system is unable to determine a definitive outpatient movement from the context, it displays a list of movements, from which you must select one.

  • F    Case-related

    If the system cannot determine a definitive case number from the context, it displays a list of cases, from which you must select one.

  • O    Without reference

    Reference level Free

Reference Date/Time

You can control the entry of default values for the reference date/time by means of user parameter N2OPDCHART:

  • Space        Parameter not set

    The system enters the current system time as the reference date/time, since documentation usually takes place quickly.

  • X    Parameter set

    The system enters the reference date/time in accordance with the values on the reference level visit / case. You can use the OU parameter N2OPD_BEZ to control the entry of default values for the reference level:

    • Reference level movement: Date and time of movement

Reference level case: Date of the case; the system enters 00:00: 00 as the time, since there is no time for a case.
Reference level free: System date and system time
