Use

In this IMG activity, you ensure that for any given asset, its revaluation amounts are depreciated on exactly the same terms as its acquisition and production costs (APC).

You do this by specifying that the system is to depreciate the revaluation amounts in the revaluation area using exactly the same terms that it uses to depreciate the APC in the base depreciation area.

For each real revaluation area:

  1. In the TTr field (Depreciation terms transfer), enter the base depreciation area.
  2. Do not select Identical; although the terms must be identical, the system will not allow you to create a revaluation method if you select this indicator.
