Use
In this Customizing activity, you can assign task IDs to POWL types. If you do so, the assigned task IDs are displayed in a dropdown box when defining a query in the personal object worklist (POWL). This enables the user to create a worklist for work items with a specific task ID.
If you do not assign task IDs to POWL types, it is still possible to enter a task ID manually or to use the value help when defining a query in the POWL.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP delivers default settings in the system table IBO_C_WF_TA_P_TY. You can assign additional task IDs, and you can also hide task IDs delivered in the system table.
Activities
The settings you define in this Customizing activity are stored in the following Customizing tables:
- IBO_C_WF_TA_P_SC to assign additional task IDs
- IBO_C_WF_TA_P_HC to hide task IDs
To assign additional task IDs or to hide existing ones, proceed as follows:
- Choose Assign Additional Task IDs or Hide Task IDs.
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the following:
- Application: POWL application ID
- Type: POWL type to which you want to assign task IDs
- Workflow Task ID: Task ID that you want to be displayed for this POWL type when defining a query. Enter the task ID with the prefix 'TS'.
- Save your entries.
