Use

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Suite Inbox (CA-EPT-IBO) component.

You can use this BAdI to adapt the extent of information that is displayed in the work item details area below the worklist.

The following methods are supplied:

  • SHOULD_HIDE_PRIORITY to specify whether the Priority field should be visible or not
  • MODIFY_TEXT_IN_WI_DETAILS_AREA to modify the work item text in the details area
  • SHOULD_HIDE_SENT to specify whether the Sent field should be visible or not
  • SHOULD_HIDE_STATUS to specify whether the Satus field should be visible or not
