In this IMG activity you specify the authorization groups for work areas and patterns.
You only need to edit this IMG activity if you want to use the authorization check for work areas and patterns. See also Specify Authorizations.
The authorization group is a check element (field) of the authorization object C_EHSI_WAH. It is evaluated during the authorization check for displaying and editing work areas and patterns.
Recommendation
Before you specify the individual authorization groups, you should consider carefully how best to do this, because changing groupings once they have been made is a very time-consuming process.
