In this IMG activity you make the system settings that you use in the analysis method questionnaire. Depending on the agent type, you can control which parts of a questionnaire are relevant for the risk analysis and are displayed there. For this purpose, you assign question catalogs to agent types.

Customizing for the analysis methods
You use the analysis method questionnaire for the relevant agent types; see Assign Analysis Methods to Agent Types.
Data from the questionnaire function
You have created question catalogs with catalog groups and catalog entries.
In question catalogs you manage the various elements from which you can create questionnaires (catalog entries). These are generally questions and headers.
Catalog groups are a means of dividing up a question catalog to group the catalog entries together according to subject matter (for example, questions on allergies or lifestyle). Each catalog entry is assigned to a catalog group.

Standard settings
In the standard system, a question catalog on the subject of risk assessment is included as an example.
Activities
The activity includes the following processing steps:
- Assignment Question Catalog - Agent Type
Create entries with the necessary assignments for the required agent types. Using the catalog groups contained in the question catalog, you control indirectly which questions (catalog entries) are displayed in the risk analysis.
Notes:
You can assign a number of question catalogs to an agent type.
And you can assign a number of agent types to a question catalog.
For agent types for which you do not create any entries, all questions from the respective questionnaire are displayed in the analysis method.
- Analysis Method Questionnaire - Rating
You must process this step if you not only want to assign the rating manually, but you also want to enable the system to be able to calculate the rating.
Enter the required data, taking note of the documentation for the input fields.
