In the standard system, the following analysis methods are included for risk assessment:
- Measured value-reference value comparison
- Comparison with standardized criteria
- Questionnaire evaluation
- Summated rating
You can create up to ten additional analysis methods. In the standard system there are samples available that you can use as copy templates. For three of the templates you can create a substructure (detail table).
The following steps are necessary to specify an analysis method:
- Create a customer structure
- Create a function group for the analysis method
- Adapt Customizing
Activities
Creating a customer structure
The tables CCIHT_AM01 through CCIHT_AM10 serve as copy templates. You can create detail tables for the tables CCIHT_AM08, CCIHT_AM09, and CCIHT_AM10.
The basic fields Rating category, Rating, and Sort number are already present in the tables. Each of the tables contains a customer structure in which you can enter the additional fields you require for your analysis method. The names of the structures are: CI_AMO1 through CI_AM10.
Create the customer structure with the required fields.
Creating a function group for the analysis method
- Create a new function group.
Use the function group CBIH_LB34 (analysis method template) as the copy template.
When you copy the template function group, you should also copy the function modules.
Assign the names of the copied function modules according to the following convention:
<function group name>_<function>
Example: CBIH_LB34 _ DATA_READ
Make sure that you use the same prefix (function group name) for all function module names. Leave the respective function name unchanged (in the example DATA_READ).
- Adapt the source text of the copied function modules.
You will find specific information on this subject in the documentation for the function modules included in the template.
- Adapt the new screen 8010 included in the function group.
You will find information on this subject in the source text documentation for the screen.
To be able to address the newly created analysis method in the application, you should then adapt the IMG activity Assign Analysis Methods to Agent Types in Customizing.
Adapting Customizing
- Call the IMG activity Assign Analysis Methods to Agent Types.
- In the processing step Specify Analysis Method, create a new entry for the new analysis method.
- For this entry, choose the Details function in the application toolbar.
The Change View "EHS: Control Table Analysis Methods": Details screen appears.
- Enter the data for the new analysis method.
Remember that the character string SAPL must precede the program name.
- Change to the processing step Assign Agent Type and assign the new analysis method the agent types for which you want to use it.
