In this IMG activity you specify which operation statuses work areas in your enterprise can have.
Using the operation status you specify which status a work area had when an activity was carried out. This enables you to do the following, for example:
- Assign different questionnaires per operation status
- Handle different operation statuses differently within the scope of a risk assessment
Standard settings
The operation status 000 (without operation status) is set as the default.
Recommendation
To be able to execute activities with or without taking the operation status into account, retain the standard setting 000 (without operation status).
