In Industrial Hygiene and Safety and Occupational Health, the cross-application function questionnaire is used. In Industrial Hygiene and Safety you can use it to create checklists for site inspections, for example, or use the questionnaire in risk assessment as an analysis method.
The required system settings for the use of the questionnaire are included in the standard system in Occupational Health. Check these settings in Customizing for Occupational Health under Basic Data -> Question Catalogs and Questionnaires.
The following settings are particularly relevant for use in Industrial Hygiene and Safety:
- Specify Assignment Categories
The questionnaire is linked in Industrial Hygiene and Safety with the object work area. Check whether the entry WAH (work area) is available and the merge indicator is set.
- Specify Answer Types
Check whether, in addition to the predefined answer types (entries 1 through 10) you require your own answer types. Create these as required and also enter any relevant specific answer types.
- Edit Form Texts for Specific Questionnaires
The standard system contains the form text Industrial Hygiene Questionnaire in different languages. Change the text as required and translate it into the other languages you require.
