Use

The locations of an enterprise are not always identical to the plants in the SAP system. A location can, for example, include a number of plants.

In this IMG activity you can specify locations and assign plants to them. The purpose of this setting is to group the plants in order to be able to control the input help (F4 help) for the Measurement Method field by location (see Specify and Assign Measuring Device Types and Measurement Methods).
