Use
To synchronize data in the expert profile, you must schedule the Synchronize Data in Expert Profile (RHEXPUPD) as a batch job if you want to import expert profile elements from external systems.
For all selected experts, the report compares the data in the expert profile with data in the relevant external systems from which the expert profile elements have been imported. If necessary, it then updates the expert profile in the Expert Finder system.
We recommend that you schedule this report daily at a time when system load is not at its peak (for example, evenings).

Activities
- Call transaction SA38.
- Enter program name RHEXPUPD in the input field, and select the Execute pushbutton.
Note
If necesary, then perform activtity Synchronize Value Table with Expert Profiles (report RHEXPUPDVAL).
