Use

In this process step, you define the hit lists and assign expert profile elements or expert profile element groups to them.
You must define at least one hit list to be able to create a complete search scenario.
Perform this activity after you have created the search templates.

Activities

Perform the activities in the specified order.

  • Call the activity Define Hit List Type and select New Entries.
    Enter the desired hit list type, name, and the number of hits per page.
    In the Description field, you can also store a descriptive text, which is displayed as a subheading in the hit list.
  • Call the activity Assign Expert Profile Elements to Hit Lists. In the Search Result dialog box, select the desired hit list type and assign the required expert profile element groups and expert profile elements to the hit list type.
    The entry in the Position field, enables you to control the order in which the groups or elements are displayed in the hit list type.
