Use

In this IMG activity, you can use the report RPASR_RP_FILL_CUSTOMIZING to load the reports delivered in the standard system to the Launchpad, thus initializing the Launchpad. You only need to perform this IMG activity once when you start making the Customizing settings for the reports.

You perform the IMG activity in the following cases:

  • You want to initialize your Launchpad for a country.
    • Specify the country grouping of the country for which you want to run the report.
    • Choose the Load Reports for LPA radio button.
    • Execute the report. The system creates the required entries in the Customizing tables.
  • You want to provide the report texts in another language in the Launchpad.
    • Log on to the system in the language in which you require the texts.
    • Specify the country grouping of the country for which you want to run the report.
    • Choose the Load Texts for Reports radio button.
    • Execute the report. The system translates the texts into the logon language.

Note

You can run the report in the Test Run. In this case, the system does not make any changes to the database. When the test run has been completed, you receive a log listing any errors that occurred. In this case, correct the errors and check the changes by executing another test run.

In SAP ERP Core Components (SAP ECC) 6.0, SAP delivers settings for the country groupings 01 (Germany) and 10 (US) only.
