Use
In this IMG activity you define the data transfer from the form scenario for the XI message type in the form scenario of the process to be triggered. You make these settings for all processes listed in the Specify Valid Processes for Start Through XI Inbound Processing IMG activity.

You have performed the Valid Processes for Start Through XI Inbound Processing IMG activity.
Standard settings
Activities
You configure the data transfer in HR Administrative Services Customizing by choosing Form/Process Configuration -> Form Configuration -> Data Transfers Between Form Scenarios of a Process. Proceed as follows:
- Define the data transfer for the field values in the Transfer Field Values Between Form Scenarios of Process IMG activity.
- Define the data transfer for the attachments in the Transfer Attachments Between Form Scenarios of Process IMG activity.
Example
You can use the form scenario SHI1 as an example for the Permanent Hire (HIRE_01) process. The data transfer from the form scenario SXHR for the XI message type (see Form Scenario for XI Message Type ) in form scenario SHI1 is created as an example for the field values and the attachments.
