Use
With the Subseq. Activities Process Withdrawn workflow (ASRWithdraw), the initiator of a process is informed about the withdrawal of the process.
At the same time, an administrator is informed about subsequent activities (for example, checking the process object, correcting changes to data in the database that were made during the process).
The above recipients are informed with a notification in their Business Workplace inbox.
Requirements
You have set up the workflow runtime environment and checked the automatic workflow Customizing for completeness.
Standard settings
SAP delivers the workflow template WS17900396 in the standard system.
In the standard workflow, the administrator is determined using the rule 17900016, Personnel Administrator of Person (ASRPersAdmin).
Activities
Activate the event linkage for the workflow template WS17900396. Perform the following steps:
- Execute the IMG activity. The Task Customizing Overview view appears.
- Choose Activate Event Linkage. The Event Linkage: Triggering Events view appears.
- Expand the node WS 17900396. The system displays the triggering event for the workflow template WS17900396.
- In the Activate/Deactivate column, the current status of the event linkage is displayed for the event. This is either Deactivated or Activated. Set the status of the event linkage to Activated by clicking the button.
