Use
In this activity, you make the required settings to enter the delivered standard components that are stored as SAP tasks or as SAP workflows. Using components, you can model workflows with form-based steps.
The standard components are independent of the business content of a workflow that is to be modeled. Therefore, it is not possible to clearly define the organizational responsibility for the processing of a component. Components that represent an interactive step should therefore be specified in the agent assignment as general tasks. In this IMG activity, you ensure that the following workflow standard tasks are set up as general tasks:
Execute the IMG activity. The Task Customizing Overview view appears.
In the Agent Assignment column, choose Assign Agents. The Task Group: Maintain Assignment of Agents view appears.
Expand the node WS 17900260 Save Form with Error Handling. The system displays all workflow objects. The following steps are not relevant for standard tasks that are identified as background tasks.
Execute the following steps for each of the four standard tasks listed above:
Select the standard task by clicking it.
If the standard task is not yet identified as a General Task in the General or Background Task column, choose Edit -> Attributes. The system opens a dialog window. Identify the task as a General Task. Close the dialog window by choosing Transfer.
