Example

You want to provide the employee in the "Maternity Leave" process with a document that contains the legal and organizational guidelines on maternity leave.

To do this, store the document in your intranet and define a link (URL) to this document using this IMG activity.

In the Additional Information work step of the IMG activity Create Form Scenario, assign the link to the corresponding step of the form scenario that you use in the "Maternity Leave" process.

The document is now available to the employee in the "Maternity Leave" process.
