Use

In this IMG activity, you determine which search fields are displayed on the user interface for each variant. When assigning the fields, you can choose from the fields for Personnel Administration infotypes and the respective additional fields for the infotype.

Requirements

You have completed the IMG activity Define Employee Search Variants.

Standard settings

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Select a variant and specify the fields that are displayed on the user interface for the employee search. Enter the infotype and the field name in each case.
  3. Specify the relative position where each field is to be displayed within the employee search.
  4. Determine for each field whether it is part of the Simple Search or the Advanced Search.
  5. Save your entries.
