Use
In this IMG activity, you assign the pattern IDs for formatting reference numbers to the processes. In this way, you can configure the formatting of the reference numbers differently for different processes.
Requirements
In the work step Define Pattern ID for Reference Numbers, you stored the pattern that you want to use.
Standard settings
The pattern ID HRASR_DEF is assigned by default to the processes that are delivered in the standard system.
Activities
Assign the pattern IDs for formatting reference numbers to the processes.
If you do not assign a pattern ID, a reference number is not created.
For each pattern that you assign, you must perform an implementation of the BAdI HRASR00PROCESS_REF_NUM (Create Reference Numbers for Processes) based on the pattern ID. You implement the BAdI in the work step BAdI: Create Reference Number for Processes.
