Processes that are stored here override the processes that you have stored as valid processes using the IMG activity Specify Valid Processes for Start Applications if the relevant object grouping is submitted.

Activities

  1. Specify the work area. Select the Initiator role of a process.
  2. Choose New Entries.
  3. Enter an object grouping.
  4. Assign a process to this grouping.
  5. Enter the validity period of the process.
  6. Set the Valid indicator if the process is to be valid in the specified period.
  7. If necessary, enter more processes for the same or another object grouping.
  8. Save your entries.
