Use

In this IMG activity, you define process groups for the authorization check. Process groups are used to group together all of the processes that have the same requirements with regard to the authorization check.

  1. In the ProGrpAuth column, enter a value of your choice.
  2. In the Name column, enter a name of your choice for the process group.

Example

If you use different hiring processes such as Hiring - Permanent and Hiring - Temporary and access to the content of these processes is to be subject to the same rule, then define a Hiring process group, for example.
